LA EXPERIENCIA ADQUIRIDA DESDE LA ENTRADA EN VIGOR DE LA ORDEN DE ESTE MINISTERIO DE 16 DE FEBRERO DE 1978, POR LA QUE SE REGULO LA ORGANIZACION TERRITORIAL Y LA DISTRIBUCION DE EFECTIVOS DE LA POLICIA, EN ESPECIAL DE LO DISPUESTO EN SU ARTICULO 3., QUE DETERMINO LAS DOTACIONES MINIMAS DE EFECTIVOS DE LAS DISTINTAS UNIDADES EN BASE A CRITERIOS EXCLUSIVAMENTE DEMOGRAFICOS, SIN TENER EN CUENTA OTROS FACTORES QUE INCIDEN NOTABLEMENTE EN LA PRESTACION DE LOS SERVICIOS POLICIALES, ASI COMO LA REDUCCION DE LA PLANTILLA PRESUPUESTARIA DEL CUERPO SUPERIOR DE POLICIA ESTABLECIDA POR EL REAL DECRETO 1548/1979, DE 15 DE JUNIO, ACONSEJAN PROCEDER A UNA DISTRIBUCION...
